This offering is comparable to how phone card works, clients have the option of choosing suitable packages that will suit their needs.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------AD-HOC Services: Technical support for clients who wish to acquire technical services for their special system activities, which can be one or all of the following activities; planning session, site inspection, system health-check, machine relocation, OS migration and upgrade, troubleshooting, backup/restore, OS installation and configuration, etc. For this offering, charging will be on a per-hour basis.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------System Installation & Configuration: Technical support for clients in terms of planning, installing and configuring their existing or dropped-in machines. This service offering covers planning sessions, site inspection, machine setup, OS installation and configuration, system testing and verification.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hardware Upgrade: Hands-on technical assistance in planning, installing, setup and configuration and if applicable replacing or removing existing components and peripherals (e.g. LAN cards, graphics cards, disks, tape drives, etc.) of your machine.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Machine Relocation Assistance: Safely relocating machines from one site to the other, by means of providing sound and detailed machine relocation plan. TSI will provide dedicated Engineer to supervise the whole activity which covers planning session, site inspection, system health-check, system packing and unpacking, system setup and if applicable, system configuration.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Operating System Migration: Hands-on technical support in migrating or upgrading client's system, from the current OS version to desired operating system version.

This service monitors the system using standard AIX monitoring tools (e.g., iostat, sar, vmstat etc.) The results of this analysis will be reviewed and will be presented to the client. Data such as CPU load, memory shortfalls, I/O hotspots will be reviewed and provided to the customer.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------System Fine Tuning: Works hand-in-hand with SPA. From the data gathered from SPA, Engineers will perform system optimization (in terms of I/O, kernel and network parameters).
